The Nurse Practitioner will, also, have a desire to develop strong ties with patients and the community in which they serve.WHAT WE NEED:Ideal candidate will have experience in internal medicine, ambulatory setting and or pre-operative medicine with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. Candidate will display exceptional interpersonal skills and a desire to develop strong ties with the community and existing medical staff.WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:Part-time ScheduleNo call expectationAverage outpatient volume: will varyWork collaboratively with surgeons / physician offices and anesthesia providersWill work with patients to ensure they are medically optimized for a variety of surgery proceduresFormulate medical diagnosis based on patient admitting status, and physical findingsImplement plan of careCommunicate to Physicians, their assessment through surveillance exams, injuries, treatment and procedures, as deemed necessaryDevelop individualized plan of care for all assigned patientsConsistently evaluate the effectiveness of care provided to the patientPerform interventions to meet holistic needs of patient, under the direction of the Medical Director, and under the leadership of the Client Resource ManagerWHO WE ARE:Franciscan Physician Network (FPN), a division ofFRANCISCAN HEALTH, brings together the many primary care and specialty physician groups associated with Franciscan Healths hospitals and access points across Indiana and Illinois.
