This opportunity is located at our Center for Advanced Heartcare at Community Hospital South. HighlightsCommunity Physician Network in Indianapolis, part of Community Health Network, has an excellent opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to work alongside our Cardiology team located at Community Hospital South.
