Job DescriptionEnsure all your application information is up to date and in order before applying for this opportunity.Health First Cancer Institute is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) for our Hematology/Oncology department to focus on our patients within Holmes Regional Medical Center.  Internal Medicine or Hematology/Oncology experience is required to join our hospitalist team. This role provides inpatient and follow-up care for oncology patients, to include oncologic symptom management, chemotherapy management, and hematology consults.  Key ResponsibilitiesManage hospitalized oncology and hematology patients and follow-up visitsConduct inpatient consults and coordinate care with the hematology/oncology teamCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and care teams to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of careParticipate in multidisciplinary rounds and care planningPractice Model7-on / 7-off rotation shared with other oncology APP hospitalistsFocused on inpatient care xijylhu Supportive team environment with five oncology physiciansQualificationsNP or PA with hematology/oncology experienceComfortable managing hospitalized oncology patientsStrong communication and teamwork skillsCurrent licensure in Florida and relevant board/certifications
