Job DescriptionMaximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.Providence Medical Group (PMG) is seeking a full-time Family Medicine physician to join team a well-established practice at PMG Gresham in Portland, Oregon.You will join a dedicated, passionate, mission-driven group of providers who are making a vital impact to those in need by providing care to a culturally and ethnically diverse, medically complex, patient population. Youll be part of an integrative primary care team including an embedded APP who will support your panel and In Basket management, a behavioral health provider, clinical pharmacist, diabetes educator, and case management team. The facility is in an excellent location near the neighborhood city center of Gresham with shops and restaurants in walking distance.
