The candidate should be comfortable providing all general and surgical ENT services and maintain a strong emphasis on patient satisfaction. This role will be based in Valencia, California but will also provide some coverage at Mission Hills facility.Full-time position, Monday to Friday scheduleProvide coverage at Valencia location and Mission Hills facilityCall will be 1:3 with nights and weekendsPanel call is available and optional, compensated by an additional stipend from the hospitalsProvision for the establishment of a cosmetic practice is not expectedExperience preferred; new graduates are welcome to applyCompensation is between $420,000 and $530,000 per yearThe posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
