Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to provide Leave of Absence (LOA) coverage across three elementary schools in the Denver area, Colorado. This position offers valuable experience working with a diverse pediatric caseload spanning preschool to elementary-aged students within the Adams 12 School District.Assignment Details:Locations: Eagleview Elementary (LOA coverage: August 18 October 30), Westview Elementary (LOA coverage: August 12 October 12), Thornton Elementary (Preschool-Elementary; LOA coverage: August 14 December 18)Full-time schedule (35+ hours per week)Caseload includes speech and language evaluation, diagnosis, and therapy for childrenClinical Fellowship Candidates are encouraged to apply; SLPA applicants will not be consideredThis is a contract, on-site role requiring active SLP licensure and Colorado Department of Education certificationKey Responsibilities:Conduct speech and language assessments and develop individualized treatment plansProvide direct therapy services to meet student communication needsCollaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progressTrack and document student performance and maintain compliance with district guidelinesQualifications:Active Speech Language Pathologist licensure in ColoradoCurrent Colorado DOE certification for School Speech Language PathologistExperience with pediatric caseloads preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year applicants welcomeAbility to work effectively in a school environment across multiple campusesBenefits and Perks:Gain diverse experience by serving multiple school settingsFull-time hours with consistent assignments supporting student growthOpportunity to build connections within the Denver-area school districtThis position provides a meaningful chance to impact student communication development in an educational setting across several well-established elementary schools.
