Job DescriptionIf you are interested in applying for this job, please make sure you meet the following requirements as listed below.Overview:** Seeking Per Diem Providers ** for our Neonatology practice at Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CAResponsibilities:24 hour Inhouse coverageAlternative Shift Available: Inhouse Day Shift 8am - 5pmCoverage in Level III b NICU; ADC is 17-20 patientsAbility to offer blocks on consecutive dates (ie 4-7 day stretches if preferred)Availability for open shifts as soon as Feb 2026 - OngoingQualifications:Must be a Board Certified NeonatologistMust have Active CA licenseMinimum of 1 Years' ExperiencePreferred Candidates Reside in CABenefits and Compensation:Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00/hour*Our benefits include for Per Diem members:Employee AssistancePTO: Per diem team members are not eligible for PTOHolidays: Per Diem team members are not eligible for company holidays.Other compensation: Per Diem team members are not eligible for other compensation.About Us:Pediatrix Medical Group is one of the nation s leading providers of highly specialized health care for women, babies and children.
