Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is needed for a full-time position supporting students in grades K-12 at a school in Ypsilanti, MI. This contract role offers the opportunity for both experienced SLPs and SLP Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) to provide essential speech and language services in an onsite school setting. Flexible scheduling consideration is available for part-time candidates.Location: Ypsilanti, MIStart Date: ASAP through June 5, 2026Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (part-time candidates considered)Caseload: Kindergarten through 12th gradeSetting: Onsite at the school, with opportunity for travel candidatesKey Qualifications:Valid Michigan license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) requiredCertified Clinical Fellowship year candidates (SLP-CF) are encouraged to applyExperience working in school settings with a diverse K-12 student population preferredStrong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disordersAbility to develop and implement individualized treatment plansExcellent communication and collaboration skills with students, families, and educatorsResponsibilities:Assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech and language disorders among K-12 studentsCollaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goalsMaintaining accurate documentation and progress reportsParticipating in multidisciplinary team meetings and developing individualized education plans (IEPs) as requiredProviding services in compliance with state and federal guidelinesThis onsite position is ideal for candidates available to work in Ypsilanti, MI, with some travel flexibility possible.
