Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A School Psychologist opportunity is available in Jacksonville, FL, supporting one school site within Duval County Public Schools on a full-time contract through 5/28/26. This on-site role involves working approximately 35 hours per week, typically 7 hours per day.Key responsibilities include attending multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student referrals for evaluations and eligibility, assisting teams and parents in interpreting evaluation results, and supporting appropriate evaluation considerations. The position primarily focuses on evaluation processes and contributing to individualized education program (IEP) development from a psychological assessment perspective.Qualifications and requirements:Active Florida Department of Health (DOH) and Department of Education (DOE) licensure for school psychologyCompletion or verification of fingerprinting through the AHCA Clearinghouse or willingness to complete new prints as requiredAbility to obtain a JLA badge for school access (processing may take up to 10 business days)Experience working with school-aged children in educational or clinical settingsStrong communication skills for collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and familiesLocation:Jacksonville, FL (on-site only; no telework or virtual options)This contract assignment provides a valuable opportunity to apply school psychology expertise in a public school setting with a dedicated caseload.
