This permanent NICU APP role provides advanced neonatal care for premature and critically ill newborns, including extremely low birth weight and medically complex infants, within a collaborative, academic-style NICU environment.Job OverviewThe Neonatal Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant delivers comprehensive neonatal care across Level III and Level IV NICU settings, including neonatal assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, procedures, and family-centered care. Providers collaborate closely with neonatologists, bedside nurses, respiratory therapists, and multidisciplinary teams to manage complex neonatal conditions, advanced ventilation, and critical care interventions.
