You'll be part of a collaborative team of caregivers focused on providing team-based, high-value Primary Care to a medically complex and culturally diverse patient population. This practice offers full-spectrum Primary Care with an integrated care model including behaviorist, pharmacist, care management, as well as Family Medicine, Family Medicine w/OB, and Internal Medicine onsite.
