Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This position offers an opportunity to support students in a school environment as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Located in Winnetka, Illinois, this contract role is scheduled for the 2025/2026 school year, beginning as soon as possible and continuing through June 12, 2026.Key Responsibilities:Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Behavior Specialist.Support elementary-aged students with individualized supports based on their behavioral needs.Collect and document data to monitor student progress.Collaborate with educators and other professionals to maintain a positive and productive learning environment.Qualifications:Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification is required.Experience working with children in a school or clinical setting, preferably with elementary students.Strong communication and organizational skills.Ability to follow prescribed behavior plans and maintain confidentiality.Schedule and Location:Monday through Friday, 35 hours per week.Daily hours from 8:15 AM to 3:45 PM, including a 30-minute lunch and two 15-minute breaks.Location: Winnetka, Illinois.This role is ideal for candidates who are certified RBTs looking to contribute to student development within a structured educational program.
