Interact with clients to clarify business requirements and key operations, develop technical specifications for software application issues, and resolve emerging problems. Design ETL applications, scripts, queries, reports, and other automated procedures. Regularly employ relevant application development tools, platforms, and methodologies including: ETL Tools (Informatica, Teradata, Oracle SQL Loader), SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Tools, Crystal Reports, or SSRS. Be the primary liaison linking the onshore and offshore development efforts.
