This contract role involves providing specialized PT services to students with developmental or physical needs, supporting their growth and educational participation.The position requires a skilled physical therapist with experience in school settings, especially serving elementary-aged children. The caseload spans two schools: one serving K-6 students and another serving K-8 students. The role involves delivering therapy interventions tailored to individual student goals, collaborating with educators and support staff, and documenting progress to ensure compliance with educational plans.Key qualifications include:Licensed Physical Therapist with school-based therapy experienceFamiliarity with K-12 pediatric physical therapy practicesAbility to design and implement therapy plans that promote mobility and functional independenceSkill in collaborating effectively within an educational team environmentStrong communication and documentation skillsThis part-time contract position entails a limited commitment of a few hours per month at two Muskegon schools.
