Job DescriptionAll potential candidates should read through the following details of this job with care before making an application.Job DescriptionMaster's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This full-time Occupational Therapist position provides a rewarding opportunity to support K-12 students in a school setting in Lacey, WA. The contract runs immediately through mid-June, offering a 33-hour workweek spread across 4 days. This role focuses on enhancing both fine and gross motor skills, delivering specialized care to help students succeed in their educational environment.Key Responsibilities:Deliver occupational therapy services tailored to school-aged children (K-12).Assess and develop individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor, gross motor, and other functional skills.Collaborate with educators, parents, and healthcare professionals to support student progress.Provide hands-on therapy sessions in the school setting consistent with Washington OT license regulations.Monitor student progress and adjust interventions based on outcomes.Qualifications and Experience:Valid Washington State Occupational Therapist license required.Proven experience in school-based occupational therapy and healthcare settings.Skilled in fine motor and gross motor developmental interventions.Familiarity with home health therapy is an added asset.Strong communication and collaborative skills.Location and Schedule:Position is located in Lacey, Washington.Full-time contract role beginning ASAP through mid-June.4 days per week, approximately 33 hours weekly.Benefits and Compensation:Competitive pay rate between $45 and $58 per hour.Weekly pay schedule.Comprehensive insurance package including medical, dental, vision, and life coverage.Matching 401(k) retirement plan.Flexible spending account options.ProCare benefits package. xijylhu Those passionate about making a positive impact in the school system and equipped with the required licensing and skills are encouraged to apply for this meaningful occupational therapy role in Lacey.
