Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A contract position is available for licensed Physical Therapists with experience in school settings, based in Easton, PA, and surrounding areas within Bucks County. This opportunity involves supporting Extended School Year (ESY) programs across multiple locations, including Doylestown and various Bucks County communities.Key Responsibilities:Provide physical therapy services to students in both center-based and itinerant settings during the ESY instructional period.Deliver individualized treatment aligned with student IEPs from June 29 to July 30, 2026.Collaborate with educational teams to meet the therapeutic needs of students with moderate to severe needs and behavioral challenges.Maintain accurate documentation and communication with supervisors and related service staff.Adapt to scheduled days and hours, primarily Monday through Thursday, with student service hours typically from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm.Qualifications and Experience:Active Pennsylvania Department of Education Physical Therapist credential.Experience working as a PT in school environments.Ability to work with populations requiring moderate-severe support.Candidates must reside within 35 minutes of the assigned school location and have reliable transportation.Commitment to the full ESY schedule is essential.Submission must include full name, city of residence, resume with bullet highlights, proof of licensure, and one supervisor reference (not coworker).Understanding of the PA DOE credentialing process is required.Previous engagement with the client through another agency within the past year disqualifies candidates; a minimum one-year break is necessary before reapplying.Schedule and Locations:Hours per week vary by site, typically between 12-24 hours.ESY instructional dates run from June 29 to July 30, 2026.Services provided Monday through Thursday.Assignments include itinerant and center-based roles across Bucks County locations.This role is ideal for professionals seeking contract work in school-based physical therapy, focusing on summer ESY programs.
