Requirements: As a Lien Resolution Specialist, you will provide expert lien negotiation and resolution services for personal injury settlements through Synergy Lien Resolution Services (SLRS). You'll manage complex lien portfolios and work directly with attorneys, lien holders, and internal teams to drive successful outcomes.This is a remote, full-time role ideal for a self-motivated professional who enjoys problem-solving, negotiation, and making a meaningful difference.   What You'll DoLien Management & NegotiationManage and negotiate a diverse inventory of liens from start to resolutionWork directly with ERISA/private insurers, Medicaid, Medicare, Military plans, FEHBA, hospitals, providers, and other lien holdersStrategic Case DevelopmentAnalyze cases holistically to develop effective negotiation strategiesIndependently draft persuasive correspondence using legal research and case-specific factsLeverage Synergy tools and third-party resources to support strong reduction argumentsEfficiency & OrganizationMaintain accurate documentation of calls, emails, and strategy notesEnsure all reduction requests, offers, and lien closure letters are properly filedAudit claim summaries for accuracy and duplicationFollow established policies and procedures while adapting to new processesClient Communication & SupportCommunicate with clients via phone, email, and the Connexion portalProvide consultations and demonstrate subject-matter expertise to attorney clientsServe as a trusted resource to internal teams, including sales, lien specialists, and leadershipTeam CollaborationParticipate in lien-type sessions and team meetingsShare insights, strategies, and best practices to elevate team performanceWhat We're Looking ForRequired Skills & AbilitiesStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office SuiteExceptional organization, follow-up, and attention to detailProfessional, confident communicator with clients and internal partnersAbility to xijylhu think critically and creatively when crafting negotiation strategiesSelf-directed, dependable, and comfortable working remotelyEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Legal Studies, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field5+ years of hands-on experience in lien resolution (required)JD or Paralegal Certification strongly preferredTraining or certifications in negotiation or conflict resolution are a plusWhy Join Synergy100% remote work environmentPurpose-driven culture focused on real impactCollaborative, supportive teamOpportunity to apply legal and negotiation expertise in meaningful waysIf you're passionate about advocacy, skilled in negotiation, and ready to be part of a mission-driven organization, we'd love to hear from you.PId9dae09efc36-31181-39824725Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
