To include hot work permits, confined space permits, and lifting and rigging permitsMaintenance Leads must have deep technical skill as well as the ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and strictly adhere to all OSHA and Cargill safety standards. Previous leadership experience is helpfulThey must exhibit core leadership and decision-making skills in alignment with Cargill's core valuesMaintenance leads work in a cold environment, doing a variety of tasks such as troubleshooting repair work, performing preventative maintenance, working around raw meat, working with industrial electricity, hydraulics, bearings, welding, pneumatics, and PLC'sThey will be required to use various hand tools associated with the work task.
