We specialize in rehabilitation services, helping individuals recover, regain strength, and thrive in a supportive, patient-centered environment." Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)We are actively seeking compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our interdisciplinary healthcare team. In this role, the LPN provides hands-on nursing care, supports rehabilitation goals, and works closely with RNs, physicians, and therapists to ensure residents receive safe, dignified, and high-quality care.
