Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Provide skilled nursing care as a Level II Registered Nurse, delivering competent and compassionate patient care guided by clinical standards and evidence-based practice. This role, situated under the direction of the Nurse Manager, includes responsibilities such as charge nurse duties, precepting new staff, and participating in committee activities.Key Responsibilities:Deliver quality nursing care to patients requiring telemetry monitoringServe in charge nurse capacity as needed, overseeing unit operationsPrecept and mentor nursing staff and new hiresParticipate in committees to enhance patient care and nursing practicesAdhere strictly to established clinical protocols and safety standardsQualifications and Experience:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in New York State ONLYMinimum of 2 years nursing experience with telemetry expertise requiredCurrent Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by American Heart Association (AHA)Strong clinical judgment and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentLocation:Position is based in Fairport, NY, a charming town situated near the scenic shores of Lake Ontario.
