Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A physical therapy professional is needed for a part-time contract role supporting school-aged children in the Denver, CO area. This opportunity involves providing critical therapy services across multiple school locations during the 26/27 school year.Key Details:Position: Physical Therapist (PT) or Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)Weekly Hours: 8 hoursStudent Caseload: Approximately 10 studentsLocations Supported: Multiple schools including Black Hawk, Evergreen, and Idaho Springs areas within Denver, COContract Assignment: School-based therapy during the academic yearResponsibilities:Deliver individualized PT therapy services tailored to student needs within the school settingCollaborate with educators, parents, and school staff to support student progressMaintain clear records of student goals, therapy plans, and progress notesProvide ongoing assessment and adaptation of therapy approaches to maximize functional outcomesParticipate in team meetings and consultations as required by the school district guidelinesQualifications / Desired Experience:Licensed Physical Therapist or Certified Physical Therapist Assistant in good standingExperience working with pediatric populations in school or clinical settingsStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with educational teamsKnowledge of school-based therapy best practices and compliance regulationsFlexibility to travel between multiple school sites within Denver, COThis is a contract position offering a focused part-time schedule ideal for professionals seeking to make an impact in pediatric school therapy.
