Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A nursing professional with pediatric expertise is sought for a full-time Contract position in Londonderry, NH, providing comprehensive care in a Pediatric Office setting. This role involves independent nursing practice, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for pediatric patients.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate nursing interventions to optimize patient health. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to tailor individualized treatment plans. Maintain meticulous medical documentation including conditions, treatments, and patient progress; promptly communicate any significant changes. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with prescribed protocols and hospital policies. Provide education to patients and families on managing diseases, treatment options, and health maintenance strategies. Deliver emotional support and advocate for patients rights by upholding a compassionate care environment. Ensure compliance with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards. Pursue ongoing professional development to remain current with medical advancements and best nursing practices.Desired Qualifications: Current and valid RN license with Pediatric nursing experience (LPN candidates also considered). Proficient understanding of pediatric nursing care and medication administration. Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with healthcare staff.
