Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A nursing professional with pediatric expertise is sought for a full-time Contract position in Londonderry, NH, providing comprehensive care in a Pediatric Office setting. This role involves independent nursing practice, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure high-quality outcomes for pediatric patients.Key Responsibilities: Conduct thorough patient assessments, develop and implement care plans, and evaluate nursing interventions to optimize patient health. Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary staff to tailor individualized treatment plans. Maintain meticulous medical documentation including conditions, treatments, and patient progress; promptly communicate any significant changes.
