This contract position offers a dynamic work schedule of four 10-hour shifts from 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., ensuring a focused and manageable weekly workload. Candidates must possess at least two years of experience in neuro/spine OR settings and hold current BLS and ACLS (AHA) certifications.Responsibilities include providing expert perioperative nursing care tailored to neuro and spine surgical patients within a 24-bed unit, maintaining a 1:1 patient ratio to ensure individualized attention and safety. The role involves working with advanced surgical equipment including Da Vinci robotic systems and necessitates proficiency in Cerner EMR documentation.
