Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Deliver expert nursing care in a specialized Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) environment, providing critical support to cardiac patients both pre- and post-operation. This role requires flexibility to effectively manage the dynamic needs of surgical cases and a commitment to comprehensive patient care. The position is based in Noblesville, IN, offering an opportunity to contribute to a dedicated team within a well-equipped, advanced cardiac care unit.Responsibilities include:Monitoring and managing the care of cardiac patients before and after surgeryCollaborating with surgical teams to coordinate patient care around surgical schedulesProviding critical interventions and assessments tailored to CVICU patientsFloating to Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Pediatrics (Peds), and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as neededParticipating in on-call rotations, holiday shifts, and every other weekend coverageMaintaining accurate patient records and complying with all healthcare standards and protocolsDesired qualifications:Current RN licensure with specialized experience in CVICU nursingProven ability to handle critical care situations with precision and professionalismFlexibility to work varied schedules, including weekends, holidays, and on-call shiftsExperience or willingness to float to PICU, Peds, and NICU unitsStrong communication skills and teamwork orientationLocation Overview:Noblesville, IN, blends small-town charm with convenient access to metropolitan amenities.
