Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Provide expert nursing care as an RN within a dynamic Stepdown/Progressive Care unit specializing in cardiac, thoracic, and vascular surgery patients. This contract position offers full-day shifts on a rotating weekend and holiday schedule, ensuring a balance between professional commitment and personal life.Location:Set in a dedicated 23-bed Surgical Progressive Care Unit (SPCU), this role is based in Carmel, IN. The unit supports a patient ratio of 1:3 or 1:4 to deliver attentive and specialized care in a technologically advanced environment utilizing the EPIC electronic medical record system.
