Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Deliver high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical-Surgical units. This contract position offers the opportunity to apply clinical expertise in a collaborative hospital environment supporting diverse patient needs.Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive patient assessments upon admission, including medical history, vital signs, lab work, and diagnostic results.Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.Provide direct and indirect patient care, monitoring progress and responding appropriately.Document patient information clearly and accurately in compliance with healthcare standards.Utilize strong critical thinking and communication skills to support the healthcare team.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Nursing required.Current RN license issued by the State of New Hampshire or a valid Compact License.BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.Minimum of 3 years experience in nursing, preferably in Medical-Surgical or telemetry settings.Strong analytical, mathematical, and interpersonal communication abilities.Location Overview:This role is based in Salem, New Hampshire, a vibrant community offering a blend of suburban comfort and access to city amenities.
