This contract position offers a structured schedule with day shifts and a defined call rotation, ideal for experienced nurses seeking to enhance their skills in cardiovascular nursing within a supportive clinical setting.Location:This role is based in Apopka, FL, a vibrant community known for its friendly neighborhoods and proximity to natural parks and outdoor activities. Apopka offers a balance of small-town charm and access to metropolitan amenities, providing an excellent quality of life.Key Responsibilities:Deliver patient-centered care within the cardiac catheterization lab.Monitor and assess patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.Participate in on-call rotation, covering 14-16 days of call every six weeks, which includes two weekends.Float occasionally within the Cath Lab and related pre/post-cath areas as needed.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Registered Nurse in a Cath Lab setting.Current BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA required.Certification in NIH Stroke Scale preferred.Ability to work a shift from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays plus participate in on-call and weekend call schedules.Flexibility to float within the Cath Lab and occasionally in pre/post cath areas.Contract Details:Duration: Approximately 13 weeks.Guaranteed hours: 36 per week.Shift: Day shift (6:30 AM to 5:00 PM) plus on-call and weekend coverage.This contract opportunity allows you to refine your cardiac nursing expertise in a structured yet supportive environment with a consistent schedule. xijylhu Take the next step in your nursing career and apply today to join a team dedicated to cardiovascular excellence.
