Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Deliver patient-centered care in a fast-paced medical-surgical setting during the night shift at a reputable healthcare facility in Rogers, Arkansas. This 13-week contract position provides an excellent opportunity for experienced Medical-Surgical Registered Nurses to apply their clinical skills and contribute to quality patient outcomes.Responsibilities:Administer nursing care to adult patients in a medical-surgical unit, ensuring safety and comfort throughout the night.Monitor patients conditions, perform assessments, and document care accurately.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.Respond promptly to emergencies and provide critical interventions as necessary.Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and facility protocols.Qualifications:Current Registered Nurse (RN) license with Medical-Surgical experience.Minimum 1 year recent clinical experience in Med-Surg nursing.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.Ability to work night shifts from 6:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m., including every other weekend.Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility.Strong communication and critical thinking skills.Location:Rogers, Arkansas, is a vibrant city known for its welcoming community, outdoor recreational opportunities, and quality of life.
