The role requires delivering high-quality nursing services in a fast-paced ER environment while collaborating with medical teams to provide critical patient care.Qualifications / Desired Experience:Current RN license with ER nursing experienceStrong assessment and critical thinking skillsAbility to work efficiently under pressure and in emergent situationsExcellent communication and teamwork abilitiesCurrent BLS and ACLS certification preferredResponsibilities:Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room settingAdminister medications and treatments as prescribedMonitor patient status and respond appropriately to changesDocument care accurately and maintain compliance with hospital policiesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomesSchedule/Hours:Workweek runs Monday 12:01 a.m. through Sunday 11:59 p.m.Overtime is available with special billing arrangements for any hours worked beyond 40 hours per week10- and 12-hour shifts available; invoicing follows defined all-inclusive guidelinesAdditional Details:Housing can be challenging; options include temporary stays at Keefers Inn (King City) or Greenfield Village Apartments for longer-term accommodationsMeals and breaks must be approved in advance by supervisors for compensationCoordination of credentialing documents is preferred in one batch for quicker processingLocation Highlights:Soledad, located in Californias scenic Salinas Valley, is known for its agricultural roots and small-town charm.
