Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.This opportunity is for an experienced Registered Nurse with Medical-Surgical (RN-MS) expertise to provide care for adult and geriatric patients in a 36-bed medical/surgical unit. The unit serves a diverse patient population ranging in age from young adults to late adults (18 to 60+ years), focusing on comprehensive medical and surgical care.Responsibilities include assuming full responsibility for assigned patients within a variable staffing grid designed to ensure high-quality care. The nurse will collaborate closely with Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), Patient Care Technicians (PCTs), and Nurse Interns (NIs). A nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:6 supports focused, attentive patient management.
