Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A dynamic opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse with specialized Operating Room expertise, offering a 16-week contract in a renowned healthcare setting. This role is focused on providing high-quality perioperative care within a 16-bed surgical suite, maintaining a 1:1 nurse-to-patient ratio to ensure comprehensive patient support.Key Responsibilities:Deliver expert nursing care to adult patients undergoing surgical procedures.Utilize advanced skills in robotic surgery to assist in complex operations.Collaborate with the surgical team to maintain optimal patient outcomes and safety.Document care activities accurately using EPIC electronic health records.Qualifications and Experience:Active and clear New York State RN license.Current BLS certification.Minimum of 2 years of OR nursing experience, primarily with adult patients.Proven experience with robotic surgery technology.Prior experience with EPIC electronic medical records preferred.Travel nursing experience is advantageous.Schedule and Requirements:Weekend commitment: once per month.Holiday coverage: one holiday per contract.Dress code: scrubs provided.About the Location:Situated in Liverpool, NY, this region offers a vibrant community with access to great amenities and a balanced lifestyle.
