Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.Seeking experienced RNs skilled in stepdown nursing for a critical care role in Mount Vernon, IN. This 13-week contract position involves caring for complex cardiac and neurological patients within a fast-paced stepdown unit. The schedule features 12-hour day shifts (6:30 a.m. to 7 p.m.) with guaranteed 36 hours weekly (48-hour requests accommodated), including three weekends every six weeks. Strong clinical judgment and telemetric expertise are essential.Location Highlights:Located at a regional hospital serving southeastern Indiana, this stepdown unit provides care for post-catheterization cardiac patients, traumatic injury recovery, and neurological conditions in a 16-bed environment.
