This contract role offers a chance to contribute to a leading cardiac catheterization program that utilizes four dedicated rooms for interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular diagnosis and treatment. The setting focuses on delivering precise and life-enhancing cardiac procedures.Responsibilities:Assist cardiovascular physicians during diagnostic and interventional procedures in the cath lab.Monitor and care for patients before, during, and after cardiac catheterization and electrophysiology studies.Operate specialized cardiac equipment and maintain a sterile environment.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care and safety.Document procedures accurately and promptly.Qualifications and Desired Experience:Current and unrestricted RN licensure.Proven experience in a cardiac cath lab or cardiovascular nursing setting.Strong knowledge of interventional cardiology, electrophysiology, and endovascular procedures.Excellent clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.Location Overview:Hendersonville, TN, offers a welcoming community with a blend of scenic natural beauty and vibrant local amenities.
