Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A full-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) position is available through a contract assignment for the 2025-2026 school year in the Morris and Minooka area of Illinois. This role supports students in elementary and junior high settings within a special education cooperative.Key Responsibilities:Deliver speech and language therapy services to a caseload of students primarily on the autism spectrum.Manage caseload across three schools: one in Morris, IL (approximately 20 students) and two in Minooka, IL (approximately 8 and 7 students each).Collaborate with educators and related service providers to support individualized education plans (IEPs).Document student progress and provide regular updates in accordance with school policies.Utilize expertise in school-based speech-language pathology to adapt interventions to student needs.Qualifications:Valid certification in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP - CCC preferred).Prior experience working in a school setting is required.Strong understanding of Autism spectrum disorders and related communication challenges.Ability to work full-time hours ranging from 32.5 to 37.5 hours per week.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Location:Schools located in Morris and Minooka, Illinois (part of Grundy County Special Education Cooperative).Benefits and Perks:Opportunity to work with a diverse caseload in a supportive special education environment.Monday through Friday schedule aligned with the school calendar.This position is available to start as soon as possible and will continue through May 2026.
