This opportunity offers experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment where innovation in sterile compounding meets patient-focused care. The pharmacy specializes in compounded GLP-1 and weight loss medications and has recently experienced a significant surge in daily prescription volumefrom 6,000 to over 22,000 scriptscreating an exciting challenge for qualified pharmacists.Location: Stafford, TexasSchedule/Hours:Monday to FridayOvernight, 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM (3rd shift)Responsibilities:Accurately prepare customized medications per prescriptions and stringent compounding guidelinesMaintain detailed and precise records of all formulations, ingredients, and inventory managementCommunicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and pharmacy teams to ensure quality serviceCollaborate closely with pharmacy technicians and support staff to meet high-volume demands promptlyStay informed on current pharmaceutical trends, safety protocols, and sterile compounding techniquesQualifications:Active, clear Texas Pharmacist licenseMinimum of 1 year experience in sterile compounding, preferably with compounding pharmacy exposureProficiency or familiarity with pharmacy software such as LifeFile and PK Software is a plusThis role offers the unique chance to be part of a thriving compounding pharmacy during a pivotal expansion phase.
