Working as a Guest Experience Associate, you'll ensure our guests have the best day ever! You'll exceed guest expectations by listening to feedback, providing recovery, and assist with questions about the park. You'll also... Assist with resolving guest conflicts in a polite and professional manner. Provide exceptional service to guests regarding their questions and concerns. Troubleshoot difficulties guests experience to minimize interruptions to their visit. Become an expert on Cedar Point's accessibility services and provide access to Cedar Point's attractions to guests with disabilities.
