CSMG Organization Quality Develops and applies quality standards in accordance with company and customer requirements. Perform corrective action activities with assistance from others document all corrective action activities. Prepares documentation for inspection/ testing procedures. Utilizes drawings, specifications, industry standards, and sketches, adapting inspection measuring devices and procedures when necessary. Facilitate basic/local reviews with the support of senior team members. Gather solutions to quality issues with minimal supervision. Understand the field issue that needs to be closed Identify and implement corrective actions with support from others. Reduces qualification cycle time and cost while still meeting quality performance requirements. Relevant experiences in Applied Materials Mfg. Quality, Engineering, NPI Mfg. Engineering, Operations, IOMS review, NCM, QN processing. Ability to manage multiple projects and adhere to structured timelines. Ad-hoc travel when necessary 10-20%. Leading functional tasks and tactical projects. Mindset on improving products, processes, and customer satisfaction. Understands basic business processes and how daily activities contribute to operational and customer outcomes. Experience leading small teams and serving as the primary point of contact for cross"‘functional groups. analyzes possible solutions using technical experience, data analysis, multi-input sources and judgment. Impacts quality of own work and the work of others on the team; works within guidelines and policies with honesty and integrity. Full time Travel: Relocation Eligible: The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
