This role performs analytical and physical testing, monitors production processesKey ResponsibilitiesPerform routine quality testing including:pH testingBrix testingViscosity testingMoisture analysisAnalytical weighingPiece sizing and physical evaluationsCollect, label, and prepare product samples from production lines.Document and maintain accurate test results, records, and reports.Identify and communicate deviations from product specifications or food safety standards.Qualifications1 year of experience in food manufacturing, quality assurance, or laboratory testing preferred.Ability to work in a production environment 75-100% of the time.Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy.Ability to stand for extended periods and work in varying temperature conditions.Strong communication and teamwork skills.Resource Employment Solutions participates in the E-Verify program to confirm the employment eligibility of all new hires.
