Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.A part-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position is available to provide essential health support in a school setting located in Nellis AFB, NV. This role offers a focused schedule, working Monday through Thursday with half-day morning shifts, totaling 16 hours per week. The assignment is set to begin as soon as possible and will continue through May 22, 2026.Key Responsibilities:Deliver diabetic care including blood sugar monitoring and Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) checks.Support student health needs at one designated school.Maintain accurate health records and communicate pertinent information with school staff as required.Ensure compliance with all applicable health guidelines and protocols.Qualifications:Active LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) or LVN (Licensed Vocational Nurse) licensure.Current CPR/BLS certification.Ability to pass a district-required background check and 10-panel drug screening.Experience working in pediatric or school health settings is preferred.Location:This position is based at a local elementary school in the Las Vegas area, with specific duties performed at Brookman Elementary School.Additional Details:This is a contract role, filling a leave vacancy.The schedule is part-time with AM hours only and no weekend or evening shifts.If you meet the qualifications and are committed to supporting student health in a school environment, please submit your application to be considered for this important role.Compensation for this position ranges from $25.32 to $38.42.
