This role focuses on underwriting Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Program Plus loans and supports transactions from initial screening through submission.Responsibilities:Underwrite and structure multifamily loans under Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac programsAnalyze pro forma income and expenses using GSE methodologiesReview third-party reports (appraisals, engineering, environmental, seismic, O&M)Conduct site visits and assess property condition, management, and market dynamicsPrepare concise underwriting narratives and maintain complete underwriting filesPartner with production, asset management, and closing teams to support deal executionQualifications: xijylhu Bachelor's degree required3+ years of multifamily underwriting experienceExperience independently underwriting GSE loansStrong knowledge of Fannie Mae DUS and Freddie Mac Program Plus programsStrong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
