This is a hands-on, entry-level opportunity suited for an individual who is analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about real estate finance. The Financial Analyst will support the acquisitions, asset management, and development teams by building financial models, conducting entitlement reviews, and performing market and investment analysis.This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow their career in real estate with exposure to high-volume deal flow and cross-functional teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain detailed Excel-based financial models for underwriting and investment analysisAnalyze market trends, rent comps, and deal performance across multifamily and commercial assetsPrepare investment memos and assist with internal presentations to senior leadershipConduct due diligence reviews including lease audits, financial statements, and market researchCollaborate with acquisitions, construction, and asset management teams throughout the deal cycle and external parties like banks, brokersMonitor key financial metrics including IRR, equity multiple, and cash-on-cash returnsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Accounting, or a related field1+ years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or investment environmentsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel must be comfortable building and auditing complex modelsExceptional attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organizational skillsUnderstanding of real estate financial metrics, entitlements, and valuation principlesStrong written and verbal communication skillsFamiliarity with real estate platforms such as CoStar, Yardi, Argus, or similar tools is a plusOmninet Capital, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and is committed to maintaining a workplace free from discrimination and harassment.
