The successful candidate will have a robust analytical background, a strong work ethic, and demonstrate a focus on attention to detail.ResponsibilitiesOwn and execute asset-level business plans from acquisition through dispositionDrive NOI by managing leasing strategy, operating budgets, and capital improvement programsOversee third-party property management and hold them accountable to performancePrepare monthly and quarterly investor and lender reporting; manage JV complianceConduct hold/sell/refinance analyses and reforecast IRRs at the asset and partnership levelCollaborate cross-functionally with acquisitions, construction, accounting, and capital markets teamsConduct regular site visits and monitor submarket conditions to inform strategyQualificationsBachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, Accounting, or related field5-7+ years of asset management experience, multifamily investment preferredProven track record of business plan execution and measurable value creationStrong financial modeling skills "” IRR, waterfall, hold/sell/refi analysesExperience managing JV partnerships and communicating directly with equity and debt partnersProficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; Yardi, IMS, or LRO experience is a plusStrong leadership, organization, and communication skillsProficiency in the use & application of AI toolsBase Compensation Range$120,000.00 To $180,000.00 Annually. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of the Company's base compensation range for this position.
