Estimator - SA

A motivated, detailed oriented Landscaping and Irrigation Estimator is needed for our San Antonio market. This is an in-person position where you will actively generate cost estimates for construction projects, collaborate with colleagues, and represent our company as a knowledgeable industry professional. Must be a self-starter and be able to practice strong time management.Learn more about the general tasks related to this opportunity below, as well as required skills.Experience with Plan-swift is a plus, along with being proficient in Microsoft officeMinimum of 2 years' experience in commercial estimating, college Degree preferred, but not required.Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skillsPrimary duties & responsibilities will include, but are not limited to estimating the costs for commercial construction projectsAnalyze project requirements, plan sheets and specificationsCollaborate accurate and competitive bids and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulationsSalary is based on your experience. This position has a range of pay starting at $50,000-$70,000 in base salary, with the opportunity for growth.
