This role is ideal for an early-career professional looking to grow within project management while gaining hands-on exposure to field operations, scheduling, budgeting, and client coordination in a fast-paced construction environment.What You'll DoProject Planning & CoordinationSupport development and maintenance of project schedules, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are metPartner with project managers, field teams, and subcontractors to coordinate labor, materials, and equipmentAssist in planning project workflows to maximize efficiency and productivityDocument Control & AdministrationMaintain accurate and organized project documentation including drawings, RFIs, submittals, contracts, and change ordersTrack and manage project communications to ensure timely responses and alignment across stakeholdersAssist in preparing and distributing project reports and updatesCost Tracking & Budget SupportHelp monitor project costs, track expenditures, and flag potential budget variancesAssist with estimating, bid support, and change order pricing as neededSupport procurement and vendor coordination to ensure cost-effective material and service sourcingQuality & ComplianceWork with project leadership to ensure all work meets applicable codes, standards, and contract requirementsParticipate in QA/QC processes, inspections, and documentationSupport jobsite safety initiatives and compliance with company and regulatory requirementsCommunication & Team CollaborationAct as a liaison between field teams, subcontractors, vendors, and clientsAssist in coordinating project meetings, documenting minutes, and tracking action itemsProvide timely updates on project progress, risks, and key decisionsRisk Management & Problem SolvingIdentify potential risks, delays, or field issues and help develop solutions with project leadershipSupport resolution of construction challenges to keep projects on schedule and within budgetWhat We're Looking For xijylhu Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and construction software such as Bluebeam or similar toolsPositive, team-oriented attitude with a strong work ethicAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic construction environment and adapt to new technologiesCompensation & BenefitsFull-time position, with an average of 58 hours a weekCompetitive salary (commensurate with experience)Comprehensive benefits package including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time offThank you,Rachel StewartLaSalle Network
