About the RoleOur client is seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for large, high-end corporate interior fit-out projects, specifically within financial institutions and law firms. This role will oversee projects exceeding 50,000 square feet and will be responsible for driving on-site execution from mobilization through closeout.The ideal candidate brings deep experience managing technically complex office build-outs within occupied Class A commercial environments and understands the discretion, precision, and schedule sensitivity required for financial and legal clients.Is this your next job Read the full description below to find out, and do not hesitate to make an application.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily field operations for large-scale corporate interior fit-out projects (50,000+ SF)Manage full lifecycle execution from preconstruction planning through final turnoverDevelop and maintain detailed construction schedules and site logistics plansCoordinate subcontractors, consultants, landlord representatives, and project management teamsOversee high-end build-outs including executive offices, trading floors, conference centers, secure areas, and specialty spacesEnsure compliance with all safety standards, building regulations, and corporate client protocolsManage phased construction within occupied buildings with minimal disruption to tenantsMaintain strict quality control standards and oversee inspections, testing, and punch list completionServe as the primary on-site contact for owners, architects, engineers, and property management teamsMentor Assistant Superintendents and field personnelQualifications5+ years of Superintendent experience in commercial constructionProven experience delivering corporate interior fit-out projects exceeding 50,000 SFDirect experience with bank, financial services, or xijylhu law firm build-outs strongly preferredStrong understanding of high-end finishes and complex MEP coordinationExperience working in occupied Class A office buildingsStrong scheduling and site management skills (Procore, MS Project, Primavera, or similar)OSHA 30 certification requiredExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary with bonus potentialComprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage401(k) with company matchPaid time off and company holidays
