With a strong pipeline of work and repeat clients, they offer long-term stability, a collaborative culture, and the opportunity to lead impactful projects across the Houston market.The RoleAs Superintendent, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day on-site operations of ground-up commercial builds, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeoutCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field staffDevelop and maintain project schedulesEnforce safety standards and company policiesConduct regular site meetings and provide progress updatesEnsure quality control and manage inspectionsProactively identify and resolve field issuesRequirements:Minimum 7+ years' experience as a Superintendent managing ground-up commercial construction projectsExperience delivering projects across commercial sectors (office, retail, healthcare, education, municipal, etc.) xijylhu Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and safety regulationsProven ability to manage multiple trades and maintain project timelinesExcellent leadership and communication skillsWhat's on Offer:Vehicle allowance or company truckBonus structureFull benefits packageLong-term pipeline of Houston-based projectsIf you're a driven Superintendent looking to join a stable and well-respected General Contractor with strong local work, I'd love to have a confidential conversation.
