The RoleAs a Project Manager, you will own projects from kickoff through closeout"”coordinating people, plans, documentation, and execution to ensure scope, schedule, budget, and quality are delivered with precision.This role is ideal for someone who is:Process-oriented and highly organizedComfortable leading cross-functional teamsDetail-driven with strong documentation habitsConfident communicating with clients, trades, and internal stakeholders Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, document, and execute AV integration projects from start to finishCoordinate engineering, installation, programming, commissioning, and subcontractorsMaintain alignment with design intent, scope, schedules, and contractsDrive installation efficiency and job profitabilityManage change orders, schedules, and project documentationServe as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholdersWalk job sites to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to plansDeliver a 10/10 Net Promoter Score (NPS) at project completion Qualifications5+ years of audiovisual integration or related project management experienceStrong understanding of construction fundamentals and sequencingProven ability to manage complex, fast-moving projectsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of accuracy, organization, and follow-throughProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, OneNote)PMP and/or AVIXA CTS certifications preferred (not required) Why Immedia?At Immedia, culture matters.
