Electrical Project Manager

About the Role:You could be just the right applicant for this job Read all associated information and make sure to apply.We're looking for an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join a well-established and growing commercial electrical contracting team in Houston. You'll own mid-to-large scale projects from preconstruction through closeout "” sometimes managing multiple at once "” and be a key driver in keeping work on schedule, on budget, and done right. If you've got a mix of commercial and healthcare project experience under your belt and know how to juggle without dropping the ball, we want to hear from you.What You'll Be Doing:Managing multiple commercial electrical projects simultaneously ranging from mid-size to large-scaleOverseeing project financials including budgets, billing, change orders, and cost trackingCoordinating with GCs, owners, subcontractors, and internal field teamsLeading preconstruction efforts including scope review, buyout, and schedulingIdentifying and mitigating project risks before they become problemsMentoring field supervision and junior PMs where applicableEnsuring all projects meet safety, quality, and compliance standardsWhat We're Looking For:1-2 years as an Electrical PM in commercial constructionMust have served as PM on at least one healthcare project "” additional healthcare experience is a strong plus.Comfortable managing multiple active projects simultaneouslyStrong grasp of electrical systems, NEC code, and construction sequencingProficient in Procore, Accubid, or similar platformsOSHA 30 a plus | TX electrical knowledge preferredStrong xijylhu communicator across all levels "” owners, GCs, and field crewsCompensation & Benefits:Compensation is tiered based on experience:Experience Level Base Salary Range1-2 years as PM:$100,000 - $110,0003-5 years as PM:$115,000 - $125,0005+ years as PM:Up to $145,000On top of base: $7,200/year truck allowance Company cell phone 20-25% annual bonus "” accrues yearly and is paid out at project completionFull benefits package
