About the Role Noble CM Group is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the full execution of CM-at-Risk projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role is ideal for a construction professional who takes ownership of planning, implementation, coordination, and oversight of all field operations while maintaining strong relationships with Owners, Designers, and trade partners. Do you have the right skills and experience for this role Read on to find out, and make your application.Key Responsibilities Lead all on-site construction operations from project start through final completion Implement Noble CM Group's CM-at-Risk delivery approach, ensuring alignment with project goals, GMP, and schedule Plan and manage site logistics, phasing, and overall construction sequencing Coordinate trade partners, inspectors, consultants, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction Enforce jobsite safety programs and lead safety planning and compliance Partner with Project Managers during preconstruction, GMP development, buyout, and construction Oversee quality control, inspections, testing, and commissioning readiness Manage punchlist, closeout documentation, and project turnover Serve as Noble CM Group's primary on-site representative with Owners and Design Teams Qualifications 7+ years of commercial construction field experience 3+ years in a Superintendent or senior field leadership role Experience delivering projects using CM-at-Risk or negotiated delivery models Strong understanding of full project lifecycle execution Proven ability to manage multiple trades and complex stakeholder environments Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction schedules Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and construction management software Strong leadership, communication, xijylhu and problem-solving skills Why Noble CM Group Owner-focused CM-at-Risk delivery Collaborative culture with empowered field leadership Meaningful projects with real accountability Growing firm with long-term advancement opportunities Preferred Public-sector or institutional CMAR experience Background in education, municipal, healthcare, or commercial construction OSHA 30 certification (or ability to obtain) LEAN construction experience
