They are currently looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager with deep experience in K-12 construction to lead complex, ground"‘up and renovation projects from preconstruction through closeout.Position OverviewThe Senior Project Manager oversees all aspects of K-12 construction projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, client-facing communication, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders including engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.Key ResponsibilitiesLead full project lifecycle: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, and closeoutManage project teams including project engineers, superintendents, and subcontractorsDevelop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost controlsEnsure compliance with district requirements, state education codes, and safety regulationsBuild and maintain strong relationships with school district representatives, design partners, and community stakeholdersOversee RFIs, submittals, change orders, and contract administrationConduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safetyProvide leadership during project challenges, proactively resolving issuesDeliver projects that meet or exceed client expectationsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field8+ years of construction project management experience, with at least 5 years in K-12 or public-sector projectsProven track record managing projects $20M+ xijylhu Strong understanding of DSA processes (if applicable), permitting, and public procurementExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsProficiency with construction management software (Procore, Bluebeam, P6, etc.)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentWhat We OfferCompetitive salary and performance-based bonusesComprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, 401k)Vehicle allowance or company vehicleProfessional development and advancement opportunitiesA collaborative, supportive team culture
